Venue Guidelines

Rental & Access

Barn rental: $2,750
Day-of access: 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM
Evening-before setup: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Teardown: allowed the day after the wedding

Space & Capacity

Size: 3,200 sq ft barn with concrete floors
Capacity: comfortably accommodates up to 160 guests
Included: tables and chairs
Bridal suite and separate groom's area provided

Facilities

Well-equipped outhouse with sink and warm running water
Private bridal suite for the bride and bridesmaids
Separate space for the groom and groomsmen

Insurance & Security

Event insurance: approximately $175 – $300
Security services: $50 per hour, adjusted based on guest count
Mobile bar: Wegner's Happy Hour setup included; drink package priced separately.
